Due to our agents in the field we have to enforce a cancellation fee of $10. We do understand that life happens. In order to be fair to each agent who has a scheduled appointment on the books they will require a $10 Cancellation fee, $15 for out of the 10 mile radius. This can be paid Via Zelle or Venmo at the number provided by our front desk for the agent. Again thank you so much for understanding.

If you reschedule for a future appointment $5 of that fee can be applied to your future appointment.
